The Alpinestars Tech-Air® 10 Airbag System is the most advanced autonomous airbag vest that Alpinestars has ever developed. Directly derived from MotoGP technology, this system offers impact reduction of up to 95%, equivalent to the protection of 18 traditional back protectors.

You benefit from comprehensive protection of the shoulders, chest, full back and hips, with which the Tech-Air® 10 offers the most complete coverage within the Tech-Air® range. The active electronic system is equipped with 12 sensors, including triaxial accelerometers and a gyroscope, controlled by an AI-controlled crash detection algorithm that has been trained on millions of kilometers of driving data.

The Tech-Air® App makes it easy to switch between Street Mode and Race Mode. Race Mode is intended exclusively for closed circuits and automatically activates above 60 km/h, while Street Mode provides optimal protection for daily use on public roads. In the event of a crash, the airbag is activated within 40 milliseconds and provides CE Level 2 certified protection for chest and back.

Despite the high level of protection, the system remains comfortable and well ventilated. The airbag features air ducts and a perforated back zone for effective airflow. The Tech-Air® 10 is worn under a suitable leather suit and is equipped with a removable, hand-washable base layer for extra comfort and hygiene.

With Bluetooth connectivity, a wireless LED display, fast USB-C charging time and up to 24 hours of battery life, you're always protected and fully in control.
